'Iolani School seeks a full-time 7th-8th grade Upper School Science teacher for the 2023-24 school year.
Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in science (earth and physical science), and experience teaching middle school students. In addition to teaching, the successful candidate is responsible for setting up and supervising students during labs and is expected to work closely with science faculty colleagues. Candidates should also be comfortable using technology in teaching, grading and communications.
In addition to being active participants in our vibrant learning community, we are looking for educators who will inspire and support our students. The ideal candidate is dynamic, a strong communicator (both written and oral) and committed to professional growth in their discipline and teaching practice.
